Sue and her family moved to Wichita in 2001. Sue's husband, Ben, is in the aviation business - so Wichita was a natural fit. Sue graduated from Texas Christian University, with an undergraduate degree in Business. While at TCU, Sue was a member of the Women's Varsity Tennis Team, Vice-President of the Student Body, and a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Sue received her law degree from the University of Missouri, and practiced law for 12 years before retiring from the practice of law in 2001. Sue has used her legal skills in all aspects of her career as a real estate agent, and has recently accepted the role of Acting Managing Broker of Keller Williams Signature Partners, LLC. She also teaches contracts to new agent for the Wichita Area Association of Realtors.
Sue grew up in Rockville, Maryland. Her mom is a civilian with the Army, and is also an attorney. Her dad was a pilot in the Air Force, and served in the Korean conflict. After retiring from the military, he taught high school.
Now as a real estate agent, an Associate Broker, and Acting Managing Broker, Sue puts the same amount of dedication into real estate as she did in all other aspects of her life. Her goal is to provide to you the highest level of real estate service possible - while maintaining a smile and a sense of humor.

Sue specializes in representing her clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Wichita, Andover, Rose Hill, Kechi, Valley Center, Derby, Park City, and Maize. She keeps current of all transactions in these areas, and she's also very knowledgeable with the local schools. Sue also specializes in working with military families - her dad was a pilot in the Air Force, and her mom is presently a civilian in the Army. Sue works with many families from McConnell Air Force Base, and she prides herself in making sure each family feels comfortable with the neighborhoods and schools surrounding the base.
As a real estate professional, Sue believes it is not only her duty, but a privilege to introduce people to the Wichita area and help them make the most of living here.
